Heffler was involved in four winning events Saturday as the Golden Flyers defeated St. Lawrence, 162-132. She won the 100- and 200-yard breaststrokes in 1:11.66 and 2:37.27 respectively and also captured the 200 IM (2:24.74). She also swam on the winning 200 medley relay (1:57.47) as Nazareth improved to 3-2 overall.
