Thompson had a stellar performance at the Empire 8 meet, hosted by Hartwick College on Saturday, finishing in seventh place.  The senior finished the 5-kilometer course in 19:12.3, just edging out Annika Morrison of Ithaca College.  Thompson earned First Team All-Conference honors for her efforts.
