Nazareth College Athletics

LaPoint helped the Nazareth men’s swimming team and diving team set five school records at the Bomber Invitational held over the weekend, with two individual races and three relays.  LaPoint began the weekend with a second place finish in the 200-yard IM (1:53.70).  In his other individual event, LaPoint clocked a 4:08.39 in the 400-yard IM to place fifth.  The Fairport native also helped the 400-yard medley (3:30.26), the 800-yard freestyle (7:05.16) and the 400-yard freestyle (3:12.69) relays set school records.
