Rivera became Nazareth's first-ever male field All-American last Friday by placing sixth in the 35-pound weight throw at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships in Winston-Salem, N.C. Rivera broke his own school record for the sixth time this winter with a heave of 19.29 meters (63 feet, 3 1/2 inches).
