Hess won two races Friday and two more Saturday as Nazareth split a pair of dual meets. She won the 400- and 800-meter freestyles in 4:42.14 and 9:34.20 respectively in Friday's meet vs. Fredonia. On Saturday, she was first in the 200-yard IM (2:24.22) and swam on the winning 200-yard free relay (1:50.09). She also placed second in the 200-yard butterfly (2:34.45) and third in the 100-yard butterfly (2:00.49) at Utica.
