Gates scored seven goals and added two assists last week as Nazareth won a pair of Empire 8 Conference games to clinch the third seed for this weekend's E8 Tournament at Ithaca. She scored a career-best four goals and added an assist in Wednesday's 17-5 win at Alfred and then contributed three goals and an assist in a 12-11 overtime win ver Stevens Saturday. Gates ranks second on the team overall with 28 points on 21 goals, 7 assists as the Golden Flyers improved to 8-7 overall.
