Ford helped Nazareth open its 2013-14 season in successful fashion over the weekend as he was named MVP of the BSG Tournament as Nazareth recorded wins over Sage and Fredonia. Ford scored 50 points and grabbed 23 rebounds in the two games while shooting 53.3 percent (16-for-30) from the field and 73.7 percent (14-for-19) from the free-throw line. He had 23 points and 13 rebounds in a 83-64 win over Sage, then 27 points and 10 boards in a 92-62 win over Fredonia.
