Howell helped the Golden Flyers secure two conference wins last week as they clinched the second seed for next month's Empire 8 Conference Tournament. Howell had a goal and an assist in a 3-0 win over St. John Fisher last Wednesday. She also scored the first goal in Saturday's 3-1 win at Utica. Howell is tied for second on the team in scoring with 10 points on four goals, two assists.
