Pierson excelled for Nazareth at the Empire 8 Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships Saturday in Ithaca. She won the long jump with a school record leap of 17 feet, 11 inches and also ran on Nazareth's winning 4 x 400-meter relay team with Hannah Brackley, Keaghlan Morrissey and Michaela Gildemeyer. Pierson also finished third in the 200-meter dash (:27.24) and fifth in the 60-meter dash (8.23).
