Wilson scored a game-high 18 points and grabbed nine rebounds Saturday as Nazareth closed out its women's basketball season with a 70-61 victory at St. John Fisher. Wilson made 6 of 13 shots with one three-pointer and went 5-for-7 at the free-throw line. She finished her career with 1,186 points, good for seventh place on Nazareth's all-time list.
